Refund & Returns Policy

At SteroidsAU, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict returns and refund policy in place. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Returns on Opened or Used Products

Due to health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


3. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order does not arrive within 14 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), please contact us. We will assist in tracking it and may issue a refund or reshipment if deemed lost in transit.


4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The item is proven to be faulty or never delivered

  • You cancel your order before dispatch

  • There are legal shipping restrictions to your location and we cannot fulfill your order

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Items seized by customs due to regulatory issues


5. How Refunds Are Processed
